Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, net. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (VAT exemption scheme for small businesses): the price shown is the price you pay, excluding shipping costs, which are displayed before payment. Payment is made by bank card or PayPal, securely via Stripe; no bank details pass through this site or are stored by C6Simple.

Shipping

Delivery times start from order confirmation and do not include the carrier's transit time. Custom products require at least 3 additional working days. If delivery takes longer than 30 days, the buyer may cancel the order and receive a full refund of all sums paid.

Ownership of the products and the risk of loss or damage pass to the buyer when they take physical possession of the products (article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code).

If a parcel arrives damaged or a product does not match your order, please let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of receipt, with photos, so that we can handle your request quickly. This indicative time frame does not limit your legal guarantees described below in any way.

Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason. Simply send us a clear statement by email to contact@c6simple.bzh, or use the form below.

The products must be sent back to us no later than 14 days after your statement, to the address shown at the top of this page. Return shipping costs are borne by you, unless the product is defective or the error is ours.

We will refund all sums paid, including the original shipping costs, no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision, using the same payment method as for the order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or you have supplied proof of having sent them back.

Custom products (a colour or size made at your request) are not covered by the right of withdrawal (article L221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code). They remain covered by the legal guarantees.

Legal guarantees

All our products are covered, independently of any commercial guarantee, by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).

Legal guarantee of conformity: you have 2 years from delivery to claim under this guarantee. During this period, any lack of conformity that appears is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, without you having to prove it. You may request repair or replacement of the product or, failing that, a price reduction or cancellation of the sale with a refund, under the conditions set by law. The guarantee is free of charge for you.

Guarantee against hidden defects: you have 2 years from discovery of the defect to take action. You may choose between cancelling the sale with a refund or a price reduction (article 1644 of the French Civil Code).

To claim under either guarantee, email us describing the problem, with photos if possible.

Personal data

The information entered at checkout (name, address, email, phone) is used solely to process and deliver your order. This site does not use tracking cookies. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by email.
